The hotel was extremely convenient and pretty standard. We appreciated its outstandingly friendly staff. - the room was pretty nice, and we had a fantastic view of the street. - the large bathroom was a plus.

The check in was easy, the staff was cooperative and excellent. The bed was comfy and the room was cozy, fine. The service was absolutely good.

Overall a very relaxing stay for business trip. A lot of goodies for breakfast. Well-organised room with fantastic view, absolutely perfect location near MRT station. Location close enough to the business center, the centre of Jakarta, close to MRT station, and close to shopping malls and Grand Indonesia Mall / Plaza Senayan.

This hotel is great value for money, offering affordable prices for a stay in the Central Business District. The staff pays attention to detail and provides fantastic service. The rooms have good lighting and offer a fantastic view of the area. Additionally, the breakfast served here is generous with huge portions.

Great location with two high, end malls within walking distance. the staff was excellent, offering quick responses to complaints and even accommodating a 4am checkout. Complimentary tea and coffee were provided, and the breakfast area is well, lit and cozy.

The hotel lacked proper lighting in the rooms and hallways, making it feel gloomy and poorly, maintained. the parking spaces were limited and the rooms, sinks, and lifts were small and not up to par with some three, star hotels.

This hotel is conveniently located near the city's biggest malls and within walking distance to the train station. The staff are friendly and attentive to guests' needs. The breakfast has a decent variety and the basic amenities in the clean rooms were spot on.

Great location and helpful staff

During my recent trip to Jakarta, I stayed in a hotel located conveniently close to the airport and to key business areas in the city. The hospitality of the staff was great, I really appreciated how helpful they were in making my stay comfortable. The rooms had modern amenities, including Wi-Fi, and the bed was super comfy!

The breakfast area was a bit of a let-down. The choices on offer were quite limited, and the seating area was too small for the number of guests.
